I lead pricing and operational execution for a $34–51M portfolio of 17 luxury custom homes, aligning Accounting, Sales, Design, and Construction. I focus on margin protection, execution readiness, and eliminating operational bottlenecks—often by building the systems that allow teams to operate in real time.
I oversee pricing strategy, estimating, and purchasing for high-end residential construction projects. My role spans cross-functional coordination between Sales, Construction, Design, and Accounting teams—ensuring pricing accuracy, margin accountability, and operational clarity from pre-sale through project closeout.
This work requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on system building, translating complex cost structures into tools and workflows that teams can rely on daily.
Ruff Estimates is a production-grade estimation and pricing platform I designed and built to replace legacy Excel and Access workflows. It serves as the live pricing and takeoff engine used daily by Sales, Construction, and Estimating teams.
