I focus on margin protection, execution readiness, and eliminating operational bottlenecks—often by building the systems that allow teams to operate in real time.

I oversee pricing strategy, estimating, and purchasing for high-end residential construction projects. My role spans cross-functional coordination between Sales, Construction, Design, and Accounting teams—ensuring pricing accuracy, margin accountability, and operational clarity from pre-sale through project closeout.

This work requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on system building, translating complex cost structures into tools and workflows that teams can rely on daily.
